Speedline's payment terms are strictly Net 55 Days.
Intellectual Property Right Protection
Speedline respects the intellectual property rights of others-business associates, suppliers, and competitors alike. Speedline is committed to the protection of supplier's confidential information and insists on the same dedication to protection of Speedline's disclosed confidential information. Furthermore, it is a requirement that Suppliers agree to and sign Speedline's standard Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any specifications and/or prints are made available for review.
Ethics
Purchasing will conduct itself ethically and fairly in relation to the suppliers with whom Speedline does business. Suppliers are expected to operate in a similarly ethical manner.
Gifts and Gratuities
Speedline personnel and members of their families worldwide are prohibited from accepting gifts or gratuities of any form from current or potential suppliers. Acceptance of such offerings may be interpreted as an attempt to improperly influence decisions. Unsolicited advertising or promotional items with logos are acceptable as long as their value is less than $25.00.
Publicity
Speedline maintains a strict policy that neither party may use the other's name in advertisements, press releases, design win announcements, or business level disclosure without prior written notice by a Vice President.
Controlled Substances
To ensure a drug and risk free environment, suppliers are required to support Speedline's policy, which prohibits the use, sale, or possession of illegal drugs and alcoholic beverages on Speedline premises or work areas.
Environment, Health and Safety
Speedline expects suppliers to understand and fully comply with all applicable international, national, state and local laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, all environmental, health and safety (EHS) and related laws and regulations The goods are consistent with, and can be used in compliance with, the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970(OSHA), that services to be performed on Speedline's premises will be consistent with OSHA provisions and that Seller will provide Buyer the latest material safety data sheet (MSDS) for any chemical substance determined to be hazardous.
