The flagship of the MPM stencil printer family, the UltraFlex system is designed to maximize throughput for a wide variety of printing applications. Known for flexibility, accuracy, and repeatability, the platform is available with a complete suite of options and features aimed at providing electronics manufacturers with a customizable platform that suits their process needs. The UltraFlex system comes with either a balanced control printhead with real-time closed-loop pressure control, or MPM's Rheometric Pump enclosed print system providing precise control of material deposition while reducing paste consumption. MPM's patented vision system has look-up/look-down vision alignment ensures ultra-fine-pitch print performance. Other features include automatic inspection tools, automatic pin placement system, triple-track conveyor system and vacuum stencil wiper.
