VectraES™
The ELECTROVERT VectraES™ wave soldering system is designed for low to medium volume lead-free production. The VectraES platform combines innovative subsystem technology, an advanced control system and exceptional system-wide accessibility setting the industry standard for value leadership in wave soldering systems. The system's modularity and ergonomic features maximize front access with a fold down pneumatic panel and swing open corner panels.
Optimal fluxing performance is achieved with the ServoSpray™
servo-controlled reciprocating spray fluxing system or the optional
ServoJet™ with the patented FluxJet™ technology. The VectraES also
features Electrovert's latest preheat technology, Low Mass Forced
Convection. This easily maintained, one-piece module provides exceptional
thermal performance minimizing cross-board, as well as top-to-bottom
product temperature differentials making it ideal for both through-hole
and surface mount assemblies. The VectraES is capable of handling
lead-free applications with its cast iron solder pot and corrosive
resistant components. Electrovert's exclusive UltraFill™ nozzle can be
configured for air or nitrogen operation and is ideal for process
improvements in lead-free soldering.
