Opti-Flux^® II

The ELECTROVERT Opti-Flux II Spray Fluxer is a unique combination of Ultra-Spray^® technology and a closed-loop electronic drive traversing mechanism. The system provides excellent solderability while significantly reducing material costs and increasing yields. All process parameters are set via the Electra^® or Vectra™ system software. Ultra-Spray technology produces a powerful, sheet-like pattern that delivers complete through-hole flux penetration and achieves excellent topside solder fillets. The Opti-Flux II system is virtually maintenance-free with its combination of a self-tuning ultrasonic generator, self-cleaning Ultra-Spray head assembly, and electronic drive traversing mechanism. The system is the driving force behind precision flux application - from no clean to OA to RMA fluxes.
