Bravo® 8105
The ELECTROVERT Bravo 8105 system addresses the industry's reflow soldering requirements for standard eutectic and lead-free applications. The unit is a forced convection reflow oven with 8 top and bottom heating zones to deliver exceptional heat transfer across a variety of applications. Using finned rod heating elements and standard multi-speed convection blowers, the Bravo 8105 provides an exceptionally efficient "heat on intake" approach to reflow soldering and curing. The unit provides electronics manufacturers with valuable new lead-free processing features. It has the ability to process up to 350°C and has nitrogen inerting to increase reflowed solder joint quality. In addition, the PVAC/AutoClean feature (Process Volatile Active Cleaning) draws flux-laden gas through the cooling radiator where it condenses and drops into a removable tray. The cooling system, with a new AutoClean feature, uses an in-line heater with a nitrogen stream to heat the catch tray, returning flux to a liquid state and allowing it to run into a collection jar for easy maintenance. High-volume, multi-speed blowers on the top and bottom of each zone allow for exceptional volumetric flow to ensure maximum flexibility and heat transfer. The Bravo 8105 can store up to 1,000 unique profiles for rapid process setup and production changes, and features a Windows® operator interface for multitasking requirements.
