Aquajet®
The AquaJet is a compact aqueous batch cleaning and drying system that replicates the dependable, high performance of ELECTROVERT's in-line cleaning systems. The system is ideally suited for applications ranging from medical devices and optical lenses to the most complex electronic assemblies with flip chips and blind connectors. With the AquaJet unit, one can clean solder paste on misprinted boards, stencils, glue, pallets, and even reflow oven flux collection radiators. The cleaning process takes place within the system's advanced, stainless steel chamber. An adjustable-width mounting track accepts the products to be cleaned - frames, fixtures, pallets, and stencils. Once mounted onto the rack, parts remain stationary throughout the cleaning, rinsing, and drying process and no further operator intervention is required. In addition, the AquaJet platform offers a rapid changeover capability to reduce cost of ownership and eliminate costly downtime. The unit features removable front and side polypropylene panels for easy access to internal water tanks, pumps, and blowers. An intuitive LCD touch-pad system provides an easy-to-use operator interface. All process cycles are predefined or easily adjusted to meet specific requirements.
