XyflexPro^® HVB

The CAMALOT XyflexPro HVB (High Volume Batch) dispenser uses a proprietary handling system and dual dispense heads to provide the highest throughput underfill solution on the market today. The HVB delivers performance three to five times faster than conventional single-lane systems. This dramatic increase is achieved by optimizing the number of parts in process to fully absorb long capillary flow times, part transport times, and extended product heating times. The result is maximum dispense head utilization without requiring the electronics manufacturer to change substrate carriers. In addition, the system also significantly increases clean room space utilization by consolidating product loading/unloading stations and requiring access to only two sides of the machine for operation and maintenance. The HVB leverages the flexibility and accuracy of the XyflexPro platform.
