Dual Lane Multitasking

The Camalot XyflexPro+DLM (Dual-Lane Multitasking) dispensing system is ideally suited for multiple pass underfill applications.  The XyflexPro+ DLOM system features two, independently controlled conveyors to eliminate transport and pre-heat bottlenecks from the production line, multi-tasking software optimizes dispense head travel and process sequencing to minimize idle time.
