The CAMALOT 5000 is an in-line liquid dispensing system for surface mount technology (SMT) applications. The workhorse of the industry, this system is reliable, durable, streamlined, and easily adaptable to handle a wide variety of circuit boards and substrates. The 5000 platform utilize ball screws and servo motors (with closed-loop encoders) on all three axes to assure smooth, precise, and accurate dispensing. An easy-to-use, enhanced Graphic User Interface facilitates operation. This dispenser was designed specifically for circuit board applications and use a conveyor system to accommodate boards up to 19" x 19" (483mm x 483mm). Available options include auto vision alignment with "one snap" fiducial correction, automatic Z-height sensors by touch probe or non-contact laser, automatic needle calibration station, and a variety of CAMALOT pumps.
